General Rules - Digital Creativity

Any entry that does not comply with these rules will be automatically disqualified.

Except for the fast compos, whose theme will be announced during the party, the other productions can have been prepared in advance, which is our recommendation to make sure it can be enjoyed to the utmost.

The works must be original and free of royalties. In addition, they must not have participated previously in any another contest.

The materials used in the contests must be free of copyright, that is, have been created in full by the participants.

The use of AIs will be limited to resource bank functions with the exception of specific AI competitions. If external resources are used, whether generated by AIs or from resource banks, they must be delivered indicating their origin.

If the materials be in the public domain, or be Creative Commons with possibility of derivatives, the participants must have a valid licence to be able to use them (for example, relevant licences must have been obtained in the case of commercial photographs or audio samples).

The sketches will be delivered in a compressed file (ZIP) along with a .txt file, with a brief explanation (maximum 500 characters) of the programs and techniques used.

Only one entry and category per author will be allowed (except in the photography contest).

The presentation of the works will be carried out under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs use licence, even when the author indicates a different usage licence or none at all.

A jury appointed by the organisation will evaluate the works submitted based on their technique, originality and artistic quality and eventually they may possibly declare the competition void if they deem that the quality of the works is insufficient or inadequate.

Participation in the competition implies acceptance of its rules and the decisions of the jury.

Submitting the entries

Each participant will sign up and upload the entry to the Intranet and will be able to check that the entry has been uploaded correctly.

- Competitions must have a minimum number of participants to be eligible for the prize. That is, even if they are announced, the second and third monetary prizes will disappear.

- The cash prizes shall be subject to the relevant tax withholdings in accordance with the current Legislation and, in turn, any indirect tax that, where appropriate, may be applicable shall be included in its amount.

- They shall be paid by bank transfer. The payment details must be emailed to the  event organisers within the set period.

Voucher prizes:

- The code for the value of the prize will be delivered, which can be redeemed when ordering in physical store.

- The winners must collect the prizes in person during the prize giving ceremony. However, the prize can be collected at the ceremony by the person that the winner appoints before hand, in writing and attaching the ID of the winner. No software or hardware prize can be collected outside the prize giving ceremony.
