Any entry that does not comply with these rules will be automatically disqualified.
Unless otherwise stated, materials created prior to the event may be used during competitions and activities. For example, participants may submit alerts and overlays that have been created prior to the event.
The participant must own the rights to the materials submitted, either by having created them themselves (as in the case of the most viral clip award) or by having reached an agreement with the artist who created them (for the overlay or alert competition).
For public-domain materials or materials under Creative Commons, participants must have a valid licence to use them (for example, for audio samples or commercial photographs, they must have acquired the relevant licence) and identify this material in the .txt file attached.
Only one project per competition or activity and participant will be allowed.
The works must be original and free of royalties. In addition, they must not have participated previously in any another contest.
A jury appointed by the organisers will assess the projects based on criteria relevant to each activity, such as creativity and originality or technique.
Participation in the competition implies acceptance of its rules and the decisions of the jury.
Submitting the entries
Each participant will have to sign up and upload his/her project on the Intranet in the category, competition or activity they want to take part in. The participant is ultimately responsible for his or her submission and must ensure that his/her submission has been uploaded correctly.
The sketches will be delivered in a compressed file (ZIP) along with a .txt file, with a brief explanation (maximum three lines).
Prizes
Competitions must have a minimum number of participants to be eligible for the prize. The organization will determine the minimum number of participants.
Cash prizes:
The cash prizes shall be subject to the relevant tax withholdings in accordance with the current Legislation and, in turn, any indirect tax that, where appropriate, may be applicable shall be included in its amount.
They shall be paid by bank transfer. The payment details must be emailed to the event organisers within the set period.
Voucher prizes:
The code for the value of the prize will be delivered, which can be redeemed when ordering in physical store.
Software or Hardware prizes:
The winners must collect the prizes in person during the prize giving ceremony. However, the prize can be collected at the ceremony by the person that the winner appoints before hand, in writing and attaching the ID of the winner. No software or hardware prize can be collected outside the prize giving ceremony.
Appeals
Any participant in the Streaming area who wants to examine the works presented in the activity in which it was presented, may request them via email or in person to the area manager, within one hour after the projection of that activity on screens.
The appeal period will end at nine o'clock in the morning of the last day of the event, at the control or by email:

If there is an appeal within the prescribed period, it will be submitted to a second appraisal, before the awards ceremony, the verdict of which will be final.
Any issue not provided for in the rules will be resolved by the jury or the organization.
